About Cosma Fertility

Our flagship device, FertiGen, is clinically validated and CDSCO-approved. The scientific work is done. The next chapter is turning that clinical moat into a national institutional network — doctors, hospitals, government, trials.
The Role
This is a senior 0→1 role in our Founder's Office. You'll build Cosma's clinical partnership network end-to-end — doctors, hospitals, government tenders, clinical trials, medical affairs. This is one of the most strategic hires we'll make. You'll sit next to founders and shape how Cosma engages with the Indian medical establishment.
This is the pathway to VP Medical Affairs / Head of Clinical Partnerships in 12–18 months.
What you'll own
- Doctor network — gynaecologists, fertility specialists, endocrinologists, andrologists
- Hospital chain partnerships — Apollo, Manipal, Cloudnine, Nova IVF, Fortis Bloom, Indira IVF, Milann
- Government hospital partnerships and tenders — AIIMS, state medical colleges, public health schemes
- Clinical trial partnerships and regulatory pathway (CDSCO, DCGI, Ethics Committees, ICH-GCP)
- Doctor Advisory Board and KOL management
- Medical conferences (ISAR, FOGSI), CME programs, publications, thought leadership
Who you are
- 5–10 years at a medical device MNC, pharma major, health-tech B2B, or IVF/fertility chain
- Life sciences education preferred — MBBS, MD, MPharm, MSc Biotech, or MBA with healthcare focus
- Have closed real hospital or government deals — can name at least 3 with numbers and duration
- Understanding of CDSCO / DCGI / clinical trial pathways is a strong plus
- Existing doctor network you can bring is a significant advantage
- Bilingual — fluent in clinical/scientific AND business vocabulary
- Individual contributor first. Team comes after the first proof point.
