Role Description
The Business Development Manager - Channel Sales will be responsible for driving partnerships, building and managing relationships with channel partners, and identifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day activities include developing sales strategies, training and supporting partners, meeting revenue targets, and analyzing market trends to identify growth areas. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.
Qualifications
- Strong business development skills, experience in managing channel sales, and proven ability to drive partnerships
- Expertise in relationship management, client acquisition, and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop sales strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in meeting or exceeding revenue targets and KPI metrics
- High-level organizational and time management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Familiarity with the education sector or e-learning industry is advantageous
