Role Description
We are seeking a Business Development Manager - Channel Growth for a full-time, remote role. The key responsibilities include identifying, building, and nurturing relationships with new channel partners, managing the performance of existing partner networks, and developing strategies to expand market reach. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, negotiating partnerships, and ensuring smooth collaboration between Globcred.Money and partners. You will also work closely with internal teams to align objectives, conduct market research to support strategic decision-making, and meet key growth targets.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Business Development, Partnership Management, and Channel Strategy
- Experience in relationship building, client management, and strategic communication
- Strong analytical skills to support market research, data analysis, and decision-making
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of global education, finance, or loan services preferred
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools, reporting systems, and data-driven decision-making
