Role Description
The Business Development Manager - Capital Markets will play a key role in driving client acquisition and fostering business growth for ORO Business Advisors. Key responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, analyzing trends in corporate finance and capital markets, and supporting client strategies for fundraising, market entry, or public engagement. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Capital Markets, Financial Instruments, and Business Growth Strategies
- Proven skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Stakeholder Engagement
- Experience in Market Analysis, Competitive Research, and Strategic Planning
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation abilities
- Familiarity with Investor Relations, Fundraising Processes, and Corporate Communications strategies
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or certification (e.g., CFA, MBA) is a strong asset
- Prior experience in an advisory, investment banking, or related financial services role is highly desirable
