About BharatTender
BharatTender is India's structured B2B procurement marketplace — replacing informal WhatsApp and phone-based sourcing with verified vendor networks, sealed competitive bidding, and digital RFQ-to-contract workflows. We're live, growing fast, with an active enterprise pipeline — and we're building the team to scale buyer acquisition across India.
A Role Built for People Ready to Get Back In
If you've taken a career break and want a role where your communication skills and ability to build relationships matter from day one, this is it. No perfect resume required — just genuine hunger, reliability, and the drive to grow with a startup. We'll train you on the product; you bring the energy and the conversations.
What You'll Own
- Reach out to companies (manufacturing, logistics, D2C, healthcare, financial services, construction) and pitch BharatTender as their procurement platform
- Identify the right decision-makers within a company — CFOs, Founders/CEOs, COOs, Procurement Heads — and get in front of them
- Run outbound outreach via calls, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn to build a buyer pipeline
- Explain BharatTender's core value clearly: "You keep your existing vendors — we give you the system." Structured bidding, verified suppliers, audit-ready procurement
- Convert interested companies into onboarded, active buyers on the platform
- Track your pipeline and report weekly progress against targets
- Coordinate with the onboarding team to hand off signed buyers smoothly
- Gather feedback from prospects and buyers to sharpen the pitch over time
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years in B2B sales, business development, telesales, or account management — career gaps are not a concern
- Comfortable with outbound calling, cold outreach, and persistent follow-up
- Confident communicator who can explain a product clearly to business owners and senior decision-makers
- Strong communication in Hindi and English
- Process-driven, comfortable tracking pipeline in a CRM
- Startup mindset — ownership, speed, comfort with ambiguity, and genuinely excited to grow with the company
Good to Have
- Background in procurement, supply chain, or B2B marketplace sales
- Familiarity with Apollo, any CRM, or LinkedIn-based outreach tools
What You'll Get
- ₹6 LPA +, with real ownership from week one
- Ground-floor seat at a fast-growing B2B marketplace startup
- Direct exposure to founders and go-to-market strategy
- A workplace that values consistency and results over rigid resume checkboxes
- A genuine growth path as the company scales
