About The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager / Business Analyst who can drive IT business growth from India for the UK and European markets.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT services sales, client acquisition, account management, lead generation, and business development across technologies and IT domains.
The candidate must be capable of independently identifying opportunities, approaching clients, generating leads, conducting business discussions, and converting opportunities into long-term business engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new IT business opportunities from the UK and Europe regions
- Acquire new clients for IT services, staffing, consulting, and technology solutions
- Build strong relationships with customers, partners, vendors, and stakeholders
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure
- Work on IT service offerings including:
- Cloud Services
- Microsoft 365 / Azure Solutions
- Unified Communications
- Infrastructure Services
- IT Support Services
- AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)
- Desktop Support Services
- Managed Services
- Software Development
- Technology Integrations
- Staffing & Resource Augmentation
- Digital Transformation Projects
- Migration & Transition Projects
- Coordinate with technical teams for solution discussions and proposal preparation
- Identify market trends and new business opportunities in the IT industry
- Prepare presentations, business proposals, and client engagement strategies
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline reports
- Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Required Skills
- Strong experience in IT Sales / IT Business Development
- Good understanding of IT technologies and services
- Experience dealing with UK and European clients
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Capability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Knowledge of cloud, infrastructure, managed services, and staffing business models
- Experience in LinkedIn lead generation, cold calling, emailing, and client engagement
- Ability to handle business discussions with CXO-level stakeholders
- Excellent presentation and proposal management skills
Preferred Skills
- Existing client network in UK / Europe market
- Experience working with MSPs, system integrators, or IT consulting companies
- Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms, and IT infrastructure services
- Experience in contract staffing or permanent hiring business is an added advantage
