Role : Business Development Manager (BTL Marketing)
Key Responsibilities :
• Plan and execute BTL marketing activities – roadshows, exhibitions, conferences, seminars, canopy activations, and promotions
• Drive brand awareness campaigns through innovative marketing initiatives
• Manage brand activations and marketing campaigns across the city
• Build and manage vendor/agency networks for promotional activities
• Work closely with the City Manager/ZSM to track campaign progress
• Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to unlock new partnerships
• Support lead generation and business growth
Requirements
• 2–3 years of experience in BTL campaigns, activations, or field marketing
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in campaign operations and vendor management
• Team management capabilities and a problem-solving mindset
• Passion for growth and learning in a dynamic marketing environment
