About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive international business growth. This role will focus on owning the complete sales cycle, building strategic relationships with global clients, and contributing directly to revenue expansion.
Although remote, this role requires the candidate to be based in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition across international markets (US, UK, APAC, Middle East, etc.)
- Own end-to-end sales cycles — prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, closure, and handover
- Build and manage long-term relationships with global decision-makers
- Design and pitch customized B2B marketing and growth solutions
- Collaborate with internal marketing, operations, and delivery teams
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and reporting via CRM tools
- Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets
- Represent SOUKMEDIA in client calls, demos, and negotiations
- Contribute to strengthening sales frameworks and processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in international B2B sales or business development
- Experience selling marketing, digital, IT, SaaS, or B2B services
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and close mid-to-large deals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, and inside sales processes
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
