Optex Pinnacle India Pvt. Ltd. is a Joint Venture between Optex Co., Ltd. (Japan) and Pinnacle Sourcing & Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. The company delivers advanced electronic security solutions including intrusion detection, perimeter protection, and sensing technologies for smart cities, critical infrastructure, commercial, and industrial applications across India.
Role Description
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Maintain 3–4x sales pipeline against target
- Generate new leads and business opportunities
- Conduct customer meetings, site visits, demos & POCs
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle (requirement → solution → closure)
- Ensure strong conversion ratio and timely closures
- Ensure 100% CRM compliance (daily planning, reporting, pipeline updates)
- Develop key accounts and drive repeat business
- Own all technical responsibilities for the assigned region
- Provide post-sales technical support and coordinate project execution
Qualifications
- B.Tech (Electrical / Electronics / IT) – MBA preferred
- 8+ years in Electronic Security industry
- Proven track record in sales target achievement
Skills & Technical Competencies
- Knowledge of:
- VMS (Video Management Systems)
- Access Control Systems o Intrusion Alarm Systems
- Understanding of system design & installation practices
- Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills
