Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) – IT Projects & Managed Services
Experience: 3–8 Years
Location: Ahmedabad, Work From Office
Note: Only Ahmedabad-based candidates should apply for this position.
We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager with a strong, established network in IT companies. The ideal candidate should be capable of driving project acquisition and managed service contracts (MSP/AMC) independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage existing industry network to generate immediate business opportunities
- Acquire and close IT projects (Web/App Development, SaaS, Enterprise Solutions)
- Drive Managed Services (MSP/AMC) including DevOps, Cloud, and Support contracts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, and Procurement teams
- Identify high-value opportunities across Startups, SMBs, and Enterprises (India & International)
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: Lead → Pitch → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure
- Collaborate with technical teams to create solution-driven proposals and pricing
- Maintain pipeline visibility and accurate forecasting via CRM
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
Must-Have Requirements
- Proven and active network within IT companies (Mandatory)
- Strong track record of closing IT projects and/or managed service contracts
- Solid understanding of:
- Software Development (Web/Mobile/SaaS)
- Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- DevOps & Infrastructure Services
- Experience in B2B sales (Domestic & International clients)
- Excellent negotiation, consultative selling, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to independently drive revenue without reliance on inbound leads
Good to Have
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Clutch
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Zoho CRM
- Experience in selling retainer-based / recurring revenue contracts
KPIs / Success Metrics
- Monthly revenue closure (Projects + MSP)
- Number of new clients acquired (New Logos)
- Contract Value (ACV) and Recurring Revenue (MRR/ARR)
- Pipeline-to-closure conversion rate
