At StylingStudio, we're looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth and build long-term client relationships. We're specifically seeking candidates with prior experience in the interior design, architecture, real estate, or construction industry, who understand the project sales cycle and can identify high-value business opportunities.
Experience4–8 Years
(Experience in an Interior Design, Architecture, Fit-out, Real Estate, or Construction Company is mandatory.)
Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, strategic partnerships, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, developers, consultants, and corporate clients.
- Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and present the company's design capabilities.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, commercial quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding process.
- Track leads through the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Maintain market intelligence on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
Required Skills- Proven experience in business development or sales within the interior design, architecture, fit-out, real estate, or construction industry.
- Strong network with architects, builders, developers, corporate clients, or channel partners is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to convert leads into long-term clients.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing multiple client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office is an added advantage.
