Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for a Business Development Manager (BDM). The BDM will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new partnerships, conducting market research, developing strategic relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves preparing proposals, presenting tailored solutions, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to execute business initiatives successfully. Additionally, the BDM will assist in analyzing market trends and providing valuable insights to enhance business strategies.
Qualifications
- 6 years experience in sales
- 2 years minimum in EdTech , 2 years in Leadership roles
- Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation and client relationship management
- Strategic planning and market research capabilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and sales analytics
- Ability to work in a collaborative, target-driven environment and meet deadlines
- Proven experience in B2B or education/technology sales is an advantage
- BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent field
- Passion for cybersecurity or technical education is an added benefit
