About the Role

  • Exxeella Group of Education is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive student enrollments, build strategic partnerships, and expand the company’s presence in the overseas education sector.
  • The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, sales expertise, and in-depth knowledge of international education markets. The role requires a proactive professional capable of achieving admission targets, developing business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with students, parents, educational institutions, and recruitment partners.


Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and convert prospective students for overseas education programs. 

• Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities in Europe, the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and other destinations. 

• Develop and implement business development strategies to increase admissions and revenue. 

• Build strong relationships with colleges, universities, agents, and educational partners. 

• Conduct seminars, webinars, school visits, and promotional events. 

• Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, social media promotions, and lead generation activities. 

• Maintain regular follow-ups with students and parents. 

• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets. 

• Prepare reports on sales performance, conversions, and market trends. 

• Handle end-to-end student onboarding and admission support. 


Required Skills

• Knowledge of overseas education and visa processes 

• Leadership and team management skills 

• Ability to work on targets and deadlines 

• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities 

• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms 


Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in overseas education consultancy or international recruitment 

• Strong understanding of global admission procedures and student counseling 

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented 

• Ability to manage multiple student applications simultaneously
