About the Role
2050 Healthcare Rehab Center is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive patient acquisition, referral generation, and business growth for our rehabilitation center in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have experience in the healthcare, medical, pharmaceutical, hospital, rehabilitation, or home healthcare industry and possess strong networking and relationship-building skills. Healthcare BDM roles typically focus on developing referral networks, hospital partnerships, and patient acquisition initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to increase patient admissions and occupancy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, neurologists, neurosurgeons, orthopedic surgeons, physiotherapists, and healthcare professionals.
- Generate referrals and strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
- Conduct regular field visits to hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and healthcare institutions.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for awareness campaigns, health camps, and promotional activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and market expansion initiatives.
- Track leads, conversions, referral performance, and business growth metrics.
- Represent 2050 Healthcare at healthcare events, conferences, and networking forums.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years of experience in Business Development, Hospital Marketing, Healthcare Sales, Pharma Sales, Rehabilitation Services, or Home Healthcare.
- Strong network within the healthcare ecosystem in Bangalore.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel locally for business development activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
