Job SummaryNXL Technology is looking for a motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) with 1–2 years of experience in government projects and tender management. The ideal candidate should have experience in identifying government opportunities, preparing tenders, managing bids, and developing strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and track government tenders, RFPs, and project opportunities.
- Prepare and submit tender documents, bids, and proposals accurately and on time.
- Handle GeM portal, e-procurement portals, and government bidding platforms.
- Develop and maintain relationships with government departments, agencies, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation, pricing, and project documentation.
- Monitor tender updates, eligibility criteria, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve business development targets and revenue goals.
Required Skills- Knowledge of government tender processes
- Experience with GeM Portal / e-Tender portals
- Proposal writing and documentation
- Client relationship management
- Negotiation and communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1–2 years experience in Business Development or Tender Management
- Experience handling government contracts or public sector projects
Preferred Skills- Knowledge of procurement policies and bidding procedures
- Experience working with IT / technology service companies
- Familiarity with government compliance and documentation
Prefer candidates from Kerala.
