Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Business Development Manager (BDM) specializing in E-commerce and Medical fields at Cosma Fertility. The BDM will lead business development initiatives, identify new partnership opportunities, and expand the organization's e-commerce presence. Responsibilities include devising strategic business plans, managing client relationships, identifying sales leads, and aligning e-commerce strategies with organizational goals. The role also involves market analysis, creating proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance performance and profitability.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development- Identify and develop new business opportunities in E-commerce and medical sectors
- Build and manage partnerships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, and distributors
- Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with company goals
E-commerce Management- Manage and optimize product listings across platforms.
- Drive online sales through campaigns, promotions, and performance marketing coordination
- Monitor analytics, sales trends, and customer behavior to improve conversions
Medical Channel Expansion- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to promote product adoption
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions for doctors and clinics
- Maintain strong relationships with key medical stakeholders
Market Strategy & Analysis- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities
- Develop pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
- Track KPIs and prepare regular business performance reports
Cross-functional Coordination- Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams
- Ensure seamless execution of campaigns and product launches
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in healthcare, pharma, or E-commerce
- Strong understanding of online marketplaces and digital sales channels
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in women’s health, fertility, or medical products
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance aspects in healthcare
- Prior experience handling both B2B (medical) and B2C (E-commerce) channels
