Business Development Manager (B2B Sales) |
We’re excited to announce we have multiple openings for the role of Business Development Manager (B2B Sales) across key metro cities in India.
Locations: Bangalore and Chennai and Hyderabad and Pune
CTC: ₹10.5 – ₹12 LPA
About the Role
We are looking for high-performing, target-driven sales professionals who can drive enterprise growth through strategic B2B partnerships.
If you have a strong track record in closing high-value deals (₹25 Lakhs+) and experience in Facility Management Services, this is your opportunity to work with a fast-growing organization and lead impactful sales engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive enterprise B2B sales and achieve revenue targets
Close large-ticket deals (₹25L+) with corporate clients
Build relationships with C-level executives & decision-makers
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle (prospecting → closure)
Conduct market research & competitor analysis
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery
Maintain strong sales pipeline & forecasting discipline
Represent the company in client meetings & industry forums
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 4+ years in Sales / Business Development
Mandatory: Experience in Facility Management Services industry
Proven success in B2B enterprise sales
Experience in closing ₹25 Lakhs+ deals
Strong ability to handle complex sales cycles
Skills Required:
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Strong negotiation & relationship management
Strategic, target-oriented mindset
Expertise in pipeline management & forecasting
Ability to work independently and deliver results
