CTC: ₹10.5 – ₹12 LPA
About the Role
We are looking for high-performing, target-driven sales professionals who can drive enterprise growth through strategic B2B partnerships.
If you have a strong track record in closing high-value deals (₹25 Lakhs+) and experience in Facility Management Services, this is your opportunity to work with a fast-growing organization and lead impactful sales engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise B2B sales and achieve revenue targets
- Close large-ticket deals (₹25L+) with corporate clients
- Build relationships with C-level executives & decision-makers
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle (prospecting → closure)
- Conduct market research & competitor analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery
- Maintain strong sales pipeline & forecasting discipline
- Represent the company in client meetings & industry forums
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 4+ years in Sales / Business Development
- Mandatory: Experience in Facility Management Services industry
- Proven success in B2B enterprise sales
- Experience in closing ₹25 Lakhs+ deals
- Strong ability to handle complex sales cycles
