Role Description
We are seeking a Business Development Manager (B2B) for the Jewellery Industry in a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role involves identifying and engaging potential business clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with jewellers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored digital gold solutions. Additionally, the role will involve creating and executing strategies to expand the client portfolio, fostering long-term partnerships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in the B2B sector, preferably in the jewellery industry or related fields.
- Strong skills in market analysis, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and implement growth strategies, analyze business opportunities, and monitor competitive market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, technology platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
- A results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to achieving goals and targets.
- Willingness to work on-site in Mumbai Metropolitan Region and travel for business as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
