Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai as a Business Development Manager B2B. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategies to drive growth in B2B markets. The manager will also lead client presentations, prepare proposals, and work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and sales skills with experience in B2B client engagement and lead generation
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis to identify opportunities and trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute growth strategies
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred
- Previous experience in the NON FINANCE B2B SALES, HR , Admin & Purchase Dept Coordination Experience Preffered
