Role Overview – What This Role Is Really About

A hotel owner is unsure whether to partner or stay independent.

What You Will Practically Do Every Day (So You Can Picture the Job)
- Identify and onboard Ready-to-Move-In (RTMI) hotels within the assigned territory
- Own and manage the end-to-end supply onboarding for the territory, from first conversation to go-live
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of hotel owners and partners in the assigned market
- Meet hotel and property owners to understand their business goals and explain the Z Hotels partnership model
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiations, aligning terms with business requirements
- Coordinate contract onboarding with internal teams such as legal, finance, and operations
- Manage contract updates or changes as the business and market evolve
- Act as the primary point of contact for onboarded hotel partners in the territory
- Address and resolve commercial or transactional queries raised by hotel partners
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with asset partners to support sustained growth in the market
