Business Development Manager
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager with a proven track record in sales leadership. The ideal candidate will excel at each phase of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. Key Responsibilities:
• Meet prospective wedding clients for consultations and package discussions
• Understand client needs and suggest suitable photography/videography services
• Prepare customized proposals and close sales deals
• Follow up with leads from social media, website, referrals, and wedding expos
• Maintain lead database and update CRM systems
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of shoots
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Handle client payments, invoicing, and follow-ups
• Review contracts and receipts for accuracy
• Attend weekly sales meetings and share updates
• Suggest pricing strategies and package improvements
• Resolve client issues before, during, and after events
• Build long-term client relationships and generate referrals
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing (preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or wedding services
• Prior photography/videography industry experience is a strong plus
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills
• Proven ability to close high-value B2C deals
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital platforms
• Fluent in English, Telugu & Hindi.
