Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Manager located in Kanpur. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities will include market analysis, prospecting potential clients, preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to align business strategies. The role requires a proactive and results-driven approach to achieving targets and fostering business expansion.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and sales skills, including prospecting, networking, and relationship management
- Experience in market analysis, strategic planning, and proposal development
- Proficiency in negotiation and closing deals
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing, E-commerce, or Technology sectors is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet business goals
- Proficiency with productivity tools and CRM software is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in business management are a plus
