Role Description
This is a contract, hybrid role based in Mumbai with some work-from-home flexibility. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales initiatives. You will lead efforts to expand market share, negotiate contracts, oversee B2B and wholesale partnerships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business strategies. You will also work to strengthen customer satisfaction and enhance brand presence in target markets.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Business Development, Sales, and Relationship Management
- Strategic planning and Market Research skills to identify business opportunities
- Strong negotiation and Communication skills
- Knowledge of the food and beverage industry, particularly Indian and global market trends
- Experience in B2B and international trade regulations is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work autonomously with a results-driven mindset
