Job Summary
Youth Force Security Services is looking for a high-ownership, execution-driven Senior Marketing Manager who can generate business, not just plans.
This role demands someone who understands that in the security services industry, marketing = trust + presence + conversion. The candidate must be confident in handling corporate clients, field realities, and revenue pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Generation & Client Acquisition (Core Focus)
Drive B2B contract acquisition across corporate, industrial, and commercial sectors
Generate qualified, conversion-ready leads
Actively participate in client meetings, negotiations, and closures
2. Field + Practical Marketing Execution
Identify and penetrate high-potential business zones in Nagpur
Build strong networks with: Facility Managers, Builders & Developers, Industrial Units,
Corporate Admin Teams, Execute on-ground marketing activities, not just desk planning
3. Strategic Marketing Leadership
Develop and execute result-oriented B2B marketing strategies
Create presentations, proposals, and pitch decks that convert
Build a strong, trust-based brand positioning in a competitive market
4. Digital + Local Market Integration (will be an advantage)
Leverage LinkedIn, Google, and WhatsApp Business for lead generation
Strengthen online presence, reviews, and credibility, Run campaigns
5. Market Intelligence & Positioning
Conduct competitor analysis and market research
Identify gaps and position services as reliable, disciplined, and professional
Build case studies, testimonials, and client success stories
6. Internal Alignment
Work closely with Sales & Operations teams, ensure marketing commitments match ground execution, Understand deployment challenges and client expectations
7. Performance Ownership
Track and own
Lead generation
Conversion ratios
Revenue contribution
Maintain strict focus on business outcomes and ROI
Required Skills
Strong experience in B2B marketing & business development
Proven ability to generate and close service contracts
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong commercial mindset with revenue focus
Ability to balance strategy + ground execution
Hands-on approach with digital tools (LinkedIn, Google, etc.)
High level of ownership, accountability, and decision-making
Candidate Profile
MBA / PGDM in Marketing (Preferred)
5–10 years of relevant experience in service-based industries
Background in security / facility / manpower services is highly preferred
Proven track record of acquiring corporate clients
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Confident, assertive, and action-oriented personality
