Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Business Development Manager located in New Delhi. The Business Development Manager will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and fostering partnerships with educational institutions. Key responsibilities include creating business strategies, managing client accounts, overseeing projects, conducting market research, and leading sales efforts to meet organizational goals. The role requires effective communication and collaboration with internal teams to deliver high-quality services.
Qualifications
- Business Development and Client Relationship: Proven skills in identifying business opportunities, maintaining partnerships, and building client relationships.
- Sales and Marketing: Experience in planning and executing sales strategies, conducting market research, and achieving revenue targets.
- Communication and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder management and team coordination.
- Project Management: Skills in managing timelines, meeting goals, and ensuring successful completion of initiatives.
- Knowledge of Educational Consulting: Prior experience in education consulting, particularly in international education, is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
