Position OverviewYalkha Systems is seeking a high-performing, autonomous Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our market expansion and drive enterprise client acquisition. We possess elite, top-tier delivery capabilities focused on backend application modernization (.NET and Java architectures), multi-cloud engineering (AWS and Azure), infrastructure cost optimization (FinOps), and production-grade Enterprise Agentic AI solutions.
This is an end-to-end sales ownership role. The ideal candidate must be a proven hunter capable of independently managing the entire sales lifecycle—from initial lead generation and cold outreach to commercial negotiation and final closure. You will build the pipeline and close the deals; our technical leadership will back you up with flawless architectural execution and delivery.
Key Responsibilities- End-to-End Pipeline Ownership: Independently drive the entire sales funnel, including proactive lead generation, cold outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, networking, and executing strategic sales campaigns.
- Technical Pitching & Positioning: Clearly articulate Yalkha Systems' core technical capabilities to C-level executives (CTOs, CIOs, CISOs). This includes pitching legacy application modernization (.NET/Java), scalable cloud migrations (AWS/Azure), cloud financial optimization, and tailored Agentic AI workflows.
- Discovery & Requirement Mapping: Conduct deep discovery sessions with enterprise clients to identify pain points, technical debt, and business objectives, mapping them directly to our high-signal solution frameworks.
- Account & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary relationship manager post-closure, ensuring seamless alignment between client expectations and the technical delivery team.
- Revenue Generation: Take absolute ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. This position operates with high autonomy and zero micro-management; success is measured purely by execution and closed contracts.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Enterprise Tech Sales Track Record: Minimum of 3+ years of dedicated experience selling B2B IT services, custom software engineering, cloud consulting, or advanced digital transformation solutions.
- Active Network & Playbook: A proven outbound sales playbook and an active professional network to initiate high-impact outreach from day one.
- Commercial Negotiation: Mastery in handling complex enterprise objections, structuring commercial models, navigating procurement processes, and finalizing legal contracts (MSAs, SOWs).
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional professional verbal and written communication skills, with a sharp, corporate-ready presentation style.
