We are recruiting for a growing IT Services company with delivery centres in Romania and India, and a strong commercial presence across Western Europe. As we aggressively expand our footprint in Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity, we are looking for a high-impact Business Development Manager to own and drive new business development across Europe.
This is a hunter role for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution — building pipelines, winning mandates, and acting as a trusted advisor to senior technology and finance leaders at client organisations.
YOUR ROLE
You will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pipeline development through to close and account expansion — across our three service pillars:
Cyber Security
Cloud Infrastructure
Artificial Intelligence
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Strategy & Pipeline
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned to company growth targets across Europe
- Generate and convert meetings with C-level and VP-level executives at target accounts
- Discover, pitch and close IT services deals in a fast-paced, consultative environment
Market & Client Development
- Develop a deep understanding of the AI, Cloud, and Cybersecurity services landscape to position our offerings with precision
- Build and cultivate strong, long-term client relationships, expanding accounts through referrals and upsell
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and European tech networking forums to build presence and generate leads
- Coordinate with marketing on campaigns, brand materials, cold outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and lead generation activities
Reporting & Leadership
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance presentations for senior management
- Mentor and support junior sales team members as the team scales
WHAT YOU BRING
- Minimum 5 years in a Sales Executive, Business Development Manager, or Customer Success role with a B2B IT services focus
- Demonstrated sales portfolio & strong your own client relationships
- Solid understanding of the European and international tech markets — particularly Western Europe & Nordics with exposure to US is a plus
- Proven ability to engage and influence C-suite and senior executive stakeholders
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving environment
- Genuine curiosity about technology trends in AI, Cloud, and Cyber — you don't need to be an engineer, but you need to be credible in the room
- Strong listening skills, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to ask the right questions to uncover client needs
- Ambition to grow beyond your role as the business scales
