Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth for Astitva Interior Solutions in the corporate interior fit-out sector. The role involves building strong relationships with IPCs, architects, consultants, and corporate clients to generate new business opportunities and expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with IPCs (International Property Consultants), architects, project management consultants, and corporate clients
Identify and generate new business opportunities in corporate interior fit-outs
Actively participate in client meetings, presentations, and pitches
Coordinate with internal design and execution teams for proposals and project handovers
Track market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming projects
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Represent Astitva Interior Solutions in industry events and networking forums
