Business Manager – Womaara
We’re looking for a Business Manager with a strong marketing instinct who can drive both brand growth and on-ground sales.
What You’ll Own
Marketing & Growth
- Lead social media strategy aligned with brand voice and growth goals
- Manage and ensure execution via social media agencies
- Build and maintain a consistent, high-performing content calendar
- Create and optimize email flows & campaigns (retention + conversion)
- Handle customer communication across platforms with speed and empathy
Business Development (On-Ground)
- Visit hospitals, clinics, and doctors to introduce Womaara products
- Clearly educate healthcare professionals on product benefits and science
- Build and maintain doctor relationships and partnerships
- Drive product adoption and sales through medical channels
Who You Are- Strong understanding of marketing + sales interplay
- Confident in business interactions and on-ground pitching
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable with Canva, ad platforms, and email tools
- Highly organized, proactive, and outcome-driven
Bonus- Background in pharma, biotech, or life sciences
- Experience with doctor/hospital networks
