Role Description
The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding Window World’s market reach. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chandigarh, India. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, developing sales strategies, generating leads, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves market analysis to identify trends and developing strategic partnerships to support the company’s objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in sales, business development, and client relationship management
- Strong skills in market research, data analysis, and identifying new business opportunities
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience in the construction or building materials industry is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
