Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Varanasi for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, creating strategic proposals, and meeting sales targets. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs while building partner relationships and expanding market presence.
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, sales strategy, and client relationship management
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for market analysis and strategic planning
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of interior design or luxury product industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
