Job Type: On – Site (6 Days Working)

Job Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

CTC Range: Up to 6 LPA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to manage and expand our DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with existing DSAs, on boarding new partners, and ensuring consistent growth in the sales of our financial products.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive Sales Through DSAs:

Engage with existing DSAs to drive sales of financial products.

* Build and Strengthen Relationships:

Generate referrals through relationship-building and incentive programs.

* Onboard New DSAs:

Expand the DSA network by identifying and on boarding new partners.

* Sales Performance Tracking:

Track sales metrics and ensure achievement of monthly targets.

* Conduct Engagement Activities:

Conduct regular meetings and feedback sessions with DSAs.

* Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support DSA campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

* Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, channel management, or business development within the BFSI or fintech sector.

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years

* Proven ability to manage partner networks (especially DSAs) and deliver results.

* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

* Good understanding of financial products and sales dynamics.

* Target-driven mindset with a proactive and strategic approach.
