Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat for the position of Business Development Manager. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research to identify trends, and preparing proposals and presentations for potential clients. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and achieving growth objectives for the company.
Qualifications
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills
- Experience in market research, lead generation, and sales strategy
- Proficiency in negotiation, closing deals, and business communication
- Understanding of industrial and commercial market dynamics
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Proficiency in documenting and presenting business metrics and performance reports
- Familiarity with the industrial gases sector or related industries is advantageous
