Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Surat. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and negotiating contracts. Daily tasks include market research, preparing sales pitches and presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met. The role also involves achieving sales targets and consistently identifying ways to drive growth and revenue for the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Market Research, and Strategic Prospecting
- Experience in Client Relationship Management and Contract Negotiations
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to create and execute Sales and Marketing Strategies
- Proficient in Data Analysis and Report Generation to support decision-making
- Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and drive a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the IT or digital services industry is a strong advantage
