Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and onboard new exhibitors, vendors, and partners for Wedding Asia events.
Achieve/exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with exhibitors and sponsors.
Provide support and ensure client satisfaction before, during, and after exhibitions.
Event Coordination
Collaborate with operations, marketing, and creative teams to deliver seamless exhibitions.
Ensure exhibitors’ needs are met and their participation adds value to the event.
Market Expansion
Explore new markets and segments in the wedding industry.
Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry gatherings to generate leads.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 4–6 years in sales, preferably in events, exhibitions, or luxury lifestyle sectors.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
Knowledge of the wedding/luxury industry trends.
