Role Overview
Wedding Asia is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for Delhi & Mumbai with a strong background in exhibition sales or space selling, particularly within the garment and jewelry industry. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth by building relationships with exhibitors, vendors, and partners, while ensuring Wedding Asia’s events remain the premier platform for luxury weddings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize exhibition space sales.
- Identify and onboard new exhibitors from the garment & jewellery sectors.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat participation.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and packages with vendors and exhibitors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to management.
- Represent Wedding Asia at industry events and networking opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 4–6 years of proven experience in exhibition sales / space selling.
- Strong network within the garment and jewellery industry.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in luxury exhibitions, trade fairs, or wedding expos.
- Knowledge of premium brand positioning and client servicing.
- Track record of achieving high sales targets in competitive markets.
