Role Overview
We’re hiring a Business Development Manager with 2–4 years of experience to drive sales of our SaaS products.
This is a revenue-focused role where you will manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and product demos to closing deals and onboarding clients.
You will also identify opportunities to upsell digital services and expand client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete SaaS sales cycle (prospecting → demo → closing)
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound channels
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and sales calls
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Build strong client relationships for retention and upselling
- Identify cross-sell opportunities across digital services
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and delivery
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in SaaS sales or B2B sales
- Proven track record of closing deals and achieving revenue targets
- Strong skills in product demos and deal closure
- Good understanding of sales funnels, pipelines, and CRM tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions
