Role Overview
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to drive sales of our SaaS products and generate new business opportunities.
This is a revenue-focused role where you’ll manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and product demos to closing deals and client onboarding.
You will also identify opportunities to cross-sell digital services where relevant.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of SaaS products (subscription-based solutions)
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound channels
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and client meetings
- Manage the full sales pipeline (prospecting → demo → closure)
- Convert leads into customers and achieve revenue targets
- Maintain and track sales activities using CRM tools
- Build strong client relationships for retention and upselling
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell digital services
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and delivery
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in SaaS sales / B2B sales
- Proven ability in product demos and deal closure
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, pipelines, and CRM tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven mindset with ownership of revenue goals
- Ability to understand client needs and recommend solutions
Nice to Have
- Experience selling to international clients (US/UK markets)
- Exposure to digital services (web development, SEO, marketing)
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce
