Job Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
- Identify client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Sell Website Development, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Branding, and Performance Marketing services.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Maintain and update leads in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project onboarding.
- Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of Business Development or Sales experience.
- Experience in a Digital Marketing or IT Services company is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing services.
- Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
- Experience with CRM tools (Bitrix24, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, etc.) is an advantage.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA is an added advantage.
