Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Ahmedabad. The position involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential partners and clients, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include strategizing and implementing business development plans, conducting market research to identify trends, presenting proposals to prospective clients, and negotiating contracts. The role also encompasses analyzing customer needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and constantly working to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in Business Development, Client Acquisition, and Sales Management
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Strategic Thinking and Market Research competencies
- Team Collaboration and Stakeholder Management abilities
- Goal-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office suite
