Role Description
The Business Development Manager will play a key role in expanding the school's reach and fostering partnerships to achieve growth objectives.
To plan within the timeline, agreed mutually, to expand Vyasa Educational and Cultural
Trust:
a. To increase the current CBSE and PUC admission database
b. To identify places across Bangalore to expand PUC’s, CBSE schools, Preschools cum
Day care.
c. Planning, developing and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Conduct research on the
market/organizations and individuals to identify new markets and customer needs (organic
and non-organic marketing). Measure and report the performance of all marketing
campaigns.
To formulate Brand Marketing Strategy to expand the brand for its sustainable growth
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with potential partners and stakeholders
- Strategic planning and market research skills to identify new business opportunities and develop growth strategies
- Proficiency in managing events, executing promotional campaigns, and coordinating outreach programs
- Project management and organizational skills to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach
- Keen understanding of the educational sector; prior experience in the education industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage
- Proficiency in relevant technology and tools, such as CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
