Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) vertical. The role focuses on acquiring new clients and promoting our innovative transit media solutions to leading BFSI brands.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the BFSI sector
  • Pitch and sell Audiowala Bus Stand advertising solutions to corporates
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Understand client requirements and propose customized branding solutions
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure
  • Collaborate with internal teams for campaign execution and client servicing
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Keep track of market trends and competitor activities


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate/Postgraduate with 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Prior experience in media sales, advertising, or BFSI client handling preferred
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset
