Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Person based in India. The individual will be responsible for driving growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and developing tailored proposals. Day-to-day tasks will include market research, prospecting, strategic planning, and managing the sales process to ensure organizational goals are achieved. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding is also integral to this role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in market research, lead generation, and outreach
- Experience in client relationship management, including understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Knowledge of sales planning, proposal development, and negotiation strategies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure while effectively managing priorities and deadlines
- Technical knowledge or understanding of AI and security systems is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is preferred
