Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Bengaluru South. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and developing sales strategies. The role involves nurturing existing client relationships, creating presentations and proposals, managing contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, collaboration with internal teams to align client goals with business objectives and revenue generation strategies will form a key part of the responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities1. LinkedIn Social Selling & Outreach- Identify and engage decision-makers across industries like Automotive, Entertainment, Tech, and Real Estate
- Build a strong pipeline using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and strategic outreach
- Collaborate with the creative team to turn our portfolio into high-converting content-led conversations
- Focus on relationship-building over cold pitching
2. Exhibition & Event Leadership- Represent Visual Connections at international trade shows and creative exhibitions
- Deliver sharp, high-impact pitches and portfolio walkthroughs
- Convert booth interactions into qualified leads
- Own rapid follow-ups and turn conversations into discovery calls
3. Strategic Solutioning & Sales- Understand client challenges and recommend tailored creative solutions
- Position services like 3D animation and video production as business tools, not just deliverables
- Build premium proposals and pitch decks that justify high-value projects
- Stay updated on trends like Unreal Engine, real-time rendering, and AI-led content workflows
What We’re Looking For- 4–7 years of experience in Agency / Production / Creative Sales
- Strong experience in LinkedIn social selling (pipeline generation is a must)
- Ability to balance business thinking (ROI, conversion) with creative understanding (Video production, Branding)
- Confident communicator who thrives in client-facing and event environments
- Familiarity with tools like CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Canva/Pitch
- A self-driven mindset, someone who can take ownership and build growth channels
