Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Business Development Manager. The primary responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategic partnerships. The Business Development Manager will prepare proposals, deliver presentations, and work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met. Additionally, the role involves market research, analyzing industry trends, and creating strategies for driving sales growth and achieving organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong business acumen, strategic planning, and client relationship management skills
- Proven experience in sales, negotiation, and closing deals
- Market research and industry trend analysis
- Proficiency in communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with the healthcare or radiology industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is an advantage
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
