Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and maintaining a robust pipeline of prospective clients. The role also includes negotiating and closing deals, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business targets. The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in driving the growth and expansion of Vidya Hut's client base.
Qualifications
- Sales Acumen: Expertise in business development, lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure
- Market Analysis: Experience in researching and analyzing market trends and identifying growth opportunities
- Client Relationship Management: Proficiency in building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and execute business strategies to achieve organizational goals
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-Motivation: Proven ability to work independently and remotely, with strong time management skills
- Education: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience: Prior experience in the education, immigration, or related fields is an advantage
