Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Bengaluru South. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, developing and executing sales strategies, negotiating client contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Client Acquisition, Lead Generation, and Relationship Management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking, market research abilities, and the capacity to analyze trends to identify business opportunities.
- Experience with Sales Strategy Development and Execution, including pipeline management and performance forecasting.
- Proficiency in managing and resolving client concerns to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure solutions and services is an advantage.
