Role Description The Business Development Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and expanding Veemi’s presence among SMEs and startups. The Business Development Manager will conduct market research, prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to align service offerings with client needs. Daily activities include managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, tracking performance metrics, and providing feedback to enhance services and customer experience.

- Candidates should possess strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal negotiation.
- Candidates should possess relationship management and communication skills, including client engagement, stakeholder coordination, and professional presentation abilities.
- Candidates should possess analytical and strategic skills, such as market research, opportunity assessment, and data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess organizational and planning skills, including time management, prioritization, and accurate documentation of activities and outcomes.
- Relevant experience in professional services, accounting, finance, or consulting environments is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort working with CRM tools and basic office productivity software is expected.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams is essential.
