Role Description
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and driving strategic growth initiatives to expand the company's market reach. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing business development strategies, negotiating partnerships, managing client accounts, conducting market research, and analyzing trends to identify growth opportunities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vijayawada West.
Qualifications
- Sales and Negotiation Skills: Experience in business development, creating client proposals, and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Market Analysis Expertise: Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for expansion, both domestically and internationally.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong skills in developing and implementing strategies to achieve organizational growth objectives.
- Communication and Relationship Management: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging clients and stakeholders.
- FMCG/Confectionery Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with manufacturing operations, export procedures, and product positioning in domestic and international markets is a plus.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. An MBA is a plus.
- Technology Proficiency: Competence in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis software is advantageous.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to work on-site full-time and travel for business purposes as required.
